RETURN REQUIREMENTS.

• The lace has not been cut or torn.
• The stock lace wig has to be returned within 3 business days from the date of purchase and you must provide a tracking number.
• Do not alter the wig in any way or form.
• Do not run your hands through the lace wig or brush it.
• Do not wear the unit or put any kind of glue or tape adhesive on it.
• The unit can not be permed.
• Do not add any hair products on the lace wig.
• Do not alter the color or try to dye the unit.
• The lace wig can not be cut or styled in any way.
• Do not wash or condition the wig.
• THE LACE WIG CAN NOT BE ALTERED IN ANY WAY OR FORM.
• Do not destroy the original packaging that you received with the unit.
• Custom units made to your specification are FINAL SALES and will not be accepted for returns.
• Units that are damaged by customer will not be accepted under our return policy.

We will not process any returns that do not have the PRODUCT RETURN ORDER FORM or any unit that has being altered in any way.
After we recieve your unit, we will contact you so we can further assist you in choosing another unit to your liking.

We stand behind our expertly handmade and high quality full lace wig and frontals will last you a long time. We are happy to introduce our repair service to all our customers. If after sometime, you would like your unit repaired, we will do the following for a low fee of $99 that will make your unit look as good as new.

• Remove any wig tangles
• Ventilate the hair and replace any hair loss.
• Add any baby hair if necessary.
• For wavy or curly units, we will restore original hair pattern.

Conditions for Repair Service

• The wig must be purchased form us at www.lacefront-wig.com
• The wig must be cleaned by the customer before sending it to us.
• The customer must remove all glue residues from the lace before sending it back.
